Daily minutiae bore me
enough by being. Why compound
this dross by memorialising?

That worth remembering will lodge
deep in a mental niche forever,
and the inconsequential
leech downward to the cesspool

of oblivion. The debit side? I suppose,
that I can never hurl a charge
backed by obsessive scribblings;
but then I wouldn't want to anyway.
